Topic: Personnel/Human Resources Committees: Best Practices and How to Start One
Our churches employ people: custodians, office staff, musicians, and many others. Shouldn’t we be the best employers out there? Who’s going to see that we meet workplace requirements, follow employment laws, create a safe working environment? This learning opportunity will provide resources and ideas for an engaged, caring Personnel (or Human Resources) Committee. Getting the right person for the right job is a hard decision. Seeing that our church is a great place to work should not be. Join us!
