Does your congregation’s governance structure need right sizing or streamlining? Are there too many boards and committees, too many slots to fill, too many to nominate? And, does the congregation’s structure align with its mission and vision? Come to discover how to right size, align and update.
Facilitator: The Rev. Nayiri Karjian serves as General Minister of the Living Water Association. Nayiri earned a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Lancaster, PA.
