Topic: Decline of the Western Church: What’s Next?

Concerned about continuing decline of the church? Join us for a presentation on a subject few of us have considered. Ryan Collins will share the results of his research into the effect of Anglo-Saxon culture on the health and vitality of the church. Ryan Collins is a Member in Discernment in the Association, and will soon graduate from Union Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities with an MDiv, in a UCC concentration. He is married to Christina, an English Language Learner teacher for elementary kids, and has a son named Brendan. Ryan’s passion is helping churches find their unique purpose in their particular community and reconnecting with our faith’s multicultural origins and helping predominantly white churches break free of the confines of white-washed Christianity in order to better represent the fullness of God’s creation.
